Hi Friends, my name is Jen and I am the owner of Painted Sky Farm Microgreens. My husband and I have owned Painted Sky Farm since 2015, where we have cattle, sheep, chickens, and Christmas trees. After facing some challenging health crises, I began looking at more holistic ways of healing, and I discovered microgreens. Once one discovers microgreens, it is hard not to fall in love with them! They are beautiful baby plants that are in the second stage of life, which makes them up to 40 times more nutritious than adult-sized plants. Microgreens are delicious and able to be used in many ways, making them desireable for home cooks and chefs alike.
I decided that instead of just growng these small but mighty greens for my own family, that it would be even better to share them with my local community. That is when Painted Sky Farm Microgreens was born and I couldn’t be more excited to grow for you!
